August was a highly respectable month for the grand mission, bringing in a solid 7 cats and pushing us ever closer to that distant 1,000 mark.
The Return of Sparkle’s Kittens
The real hero of this mission continues to be Sparkles. Six of the seven feline encounters this month were courtesy of Sparkles’ kittens! There is truly no better way to boost your petting stats than having a steady supply of fluffy kittens in your life. They provide excellent numbers, and even better company.
Meeting Royalty The seventh cat of the month was a very distinguished ginger gentleman by the name of Sir Reginald (possibly not actual name). With a name like that, you simply have to assume he expects a polite greeting and a very respectful, high-quality ear scratch. Any cat bearing a title is a mandatory addition to the ledger.
